Notice of Private Investor Webinar

SDCL, as investment manager to SEEIT, will host an online webinar for private
investors from 12:00-13:00 on 26 January 2024.

The purpose of the webinar is to provide investors with an introduction to
SEEIT, the first UK-listed company of its kind to invest exclusively in the
energy efficiency sector. The presentation will explain the significance of
energy efficiency solutions in today's markets and the benefits of accessing
associated investment opportunities through an investment in SEEIT.

The webinar, which will include a Q&A session, will be delivered by:

issue price of £1.00 per Ordinary Share), with a stable dividend income,
capital preservation and the opportunity for capital growth. The Company is
targeting a dividend of 6.24p per share in respect of the financial year to 31
March 2024. SEEIT's last published NAV was 90.6p per share as at 30 September
2023.
