 * 1) inside information in relation to the acquisition of 60% of the entire 
   issued share capital of octopus group limited involving the issue of the 
   convertible bonds and (2) resumption of trading  8363.HK  
 * Purchaser, the vendors and the company entered into the agreement 
 * Deal for a consideration of hk$6 million 
 * Application has been made for the resumption of trading in the shares on the 
   stock exchange at 9:00 a.m. on 16 March 2016 
 * Vendors have conditionally agreed to sell to the purchaser the sale shares
