Pfizer says received approvals to close Seagen deal

Dec 12 (Reuters) - Pfizer  PFE.N  said on Tuesday it has
received regulatory approvals to close its acquisition of Seagen
 SGEN.O  and agreed to donate the rights of royalties from sales
of its cancer drug Bavencio to address antitrust concerns.
