** Shares of biotech company Seagen Inc  SGEN.O  rise 1.42%
to $209, while Pfizer's  PFE.N  shares up 1.27% at $35.83 
    ** The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has allowed drugmaker
Amgen  AMGN.O  to move ahead with its $27.8 bln deal for Horizon
Therapeutics  HZNP.O  
    ** The settlement materially mitigates regulatory headwinds
for the Pfizer's Seagen deal - Brokerage William Blair
    ** PFE in March struck a $43 billion deal to acquire SGEN
and its targeted cancer therapies
    ** SGEN stock up ~63% YTD
