Arcona Share Distribution: Shareholder Letter

 

Secure Property Development & Investment PLC, the AIM quoted South Eastern
European focused property company, announces that it has today sent a Letter
and associated Reply Form to all the entitled shareholders in relation to the
distribution of the Arcona Property Fund N.V. shares it currently holds,
pursuant to the decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of the
Shareholders on 23 April 2025, and the update provided to shareholders on 11
September 2025.  A copy of a template form of the Letter and the Reply Form
can also be found on the Company's website at

Those Shareholders holding their shares in SPDI with a nominee, broker, and/
or custodian institution, which are registered as being the named holders on
