Secure Property Development and Investment PLC (AIM: SPDI), the South Eastern
European focused property and investment company, announces that the Annual
General Meeting of the Company's shareholders ("AGM") will take place on 30
December 2022 at 11:00 a.m. EET, at 16 Kyriakos Matsis Avenue, Eagle House
10(th) Floor, Agioi Omoloyites, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus.

A circular providing full details of the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM
has been posted to shareholders today and is available on the Company's
