European focused property company, held its Annual General Meeting ('AGM')
today at 11:00 a.m. EET, at 16 Kyriakos Matsis Avenue, Eagle House 10th Floor,
Agioi Omoloyites, 1082 Nicosia, Cyprus. All resolutions at the AGM were duly
