Secure Property Development & Investment PLC ('SPDI' or 'the Company')

 

Result of EGM

 

Secure Property Development & Investment PLC, the AIM quoted South Eastern
European focused property company, announces that today it held the Company's
Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") where all resolutions proposed to
shareholders were duly passed.

 

Following the approval of the resolutions at the EGM, the necessary changes to
the Company's share capital structure, as set out in the Notice of EGM sent to
shareholders on 17 June 2024, will be undertaken.  This will permit the
distribution to shareholders of SPDI their pro rata allocation of shares of
Arcona Property Fund N.V. held by the Company, or by a bank transfer of
readily available funds, or both as the board of directors may in their
absolute discretion decide. To do this, the Company's redeemable preference
Class B shares will be cancelled (Resolution 1) and the Company's share
premium account will be reduced (Resolutions 2 and 3).
