Update re Reduction of Capital

 

Secure Property Development & Investment PLC, the AIM quoted South Eastern
European focused property company, announces that it has obtained from the
Cyprus Registrar of Companies the certificate confirming the reduction of
share capital (as approved by shareholders on 23 April 2025), which in turn
enables the distribution of the Arcona Property Fund shares it holds to its
shareholders pro rata to their shareholdings. The Board of SPDI will liaise
with its advisers to define the process needed in order to do so and will
revert in due course with further details.
