Management Arrangements

On 20 August 2021, Secured Income Fund plc (the "Company") announced that it
had reached agreement with KKV Investment Management Ltd (the "KKVIM") for
termination of the Investment Management Agreement between the Company and
KKVIM with effect from 31 December 2021.

With effect from 1 January 2022, the Company is now self managed and has had
its application  to be a small self managed AIFM approved by the FCA.

In order to assist the Board with the management of the portfolio, the Company
has, with effect from 1 January 2022, entered into a consultancy agreement to
secure the services of one of the individuals previously employed by KKVIM and
who has the greatest knowledge of the Company's assets.  In addition, Brett
Miller, a director of the Company, highly experienced in this area, will
continue to be directly involved in the managed wind down of the Company's
portfolio.

The Board believes the Company has the necessary resource and expertise for
the realisation of the balance of the portfolio. The Board will engage
specialist consultants where it is considers that such appointments will
assist in maximising returns for, and/or expediting capital returns to,
shareholders.
