A$0.009, highest level since Sept. 28
    ** Stock set for second consecutive weeks of gains if trend
holds
    ** Software co says it entered agreement to receive up to
A$10 mln ($6.4 mln) from U.S. investor Obsidian Global GP, LLC
    ** Including session's gains, stock cuts YTD decline to
57.5% from 60% YTD at last close
