Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

Jersey, Channel Islands, 04 September 2023 -- Serinus Energy plc ("the
Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Vlad Ryabov as Chief
Financial Officer of the Serinus Group of Companies.

 

Mr. Ryabov is an experienced finance professional, having joined Serinus
Energy Plc in March 2023 as Group Financial Controller. He started his career
in public practice with Deloitte CIS in 2001 where he qualified as an
accountant and in November 2007 moved to Deloitte UK in London. Mr. Ryabov's
experience spans a variety of sectors including a nine-year tenure in public
practice with Deloitte, over twelve years in the natural resources sector for
oil & gas exploration and production operations in emerging markets, and
most recently he held a finance director role with a Saudi Arabian investment
company.

 

Mr. Ryabov has a Master's degree in Finance and Banking as well as Bachelor's
degree in Finance and Accounting from the Tashkent State University of
Economics.
