Notice of General Meeting

 

Jersey, Channel Islands, 19 December 2024 - Serinus Energy plc (the "Company")
announces that a circular explaining the background to and reasons for the
Fundraise and containing the Notice of General Meeting, which will take place
at 11.00 a.m. on 9 January 2025, has been posted to shareholders on 19
December 2024. A copy of the Circular and Notice of General Meeting will
shortly be made available on the Company's website: www.serinusenergy.com

The further terms and conditions of the Placing are set out in the Company's
announcement on 13 December 2024 "Placing and Retail Offer to conditionally
raise up to £1.0 million".
