Rule 2.9 Announcement

 

In accordance with Rule 2.9 of the City Code on Takeovers and Mergers, Serinus
Energy plc (the "Company"), confirms that as at today's date, it has in issue,
151,099,460 Ordinary Shares ordinary shares of nil par value in the capital of
the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in issue with no Ordinary Shares held in
Treasury. The total number of shares attracting voting rights is therefore
151,099,460. The International Securities Identification Number (ISIN) of the
ordinary shares is JE00BNNMKT29.
