** Stock second worst performer on FTSE small cap .FTSC index, which is up ~0.1%

** British structural steel company posts 96% fall in HY adjusted pre-tax profit to 0.6 mln pounds ($792,540)

** HY revenue down 18% to 206 mln pounds

** Co says UK and Europe market for structural steelwork remains subdued, competitive bidding environment continues to drive tighter prices

** Including session's losses, stock down ~48% so far this year
