Australia's SG Fleet Group tumbles after confirming shareholder cuts stake

** Shares of SG Fleet Group  SGF.AX  fall as much as 16% to
A$2.160, their lowest level since July 18
    ** Stock last down 11.7%, sees worst day since March 23,
2020 if losses hold
    ** SGF biggest loser on the ASX All Ordinaries index  .AORD 
    ** Integrated mobility solutions provider confirms reports
that its second-largest shareholder, Ayvens, conducted a partial
sell-down of stake
    ** More than 32.1 mln shares change hands, 252.8x the 30-day
average volume of 127,062 shares
    ** Stock up 40.4% this year, as of last close, compared with
a 0.7% increase in the ASX All Ordinaries index
