Australia's SG Fleet hits near five-month high on upbeat HY results

** Shares of SG Fleet Group  SGF.AX  jump as much as 10.6%
to A$2.30, hitting their highest since Sept 23 
    ** Fleet management solution provider reports a 41.1% rise
in HY profit attributable to A$41.9 mln ($29.18 mln), declares
interim dividend of 8.913 AU cents per share 
    ** Co posts a 21.5% rise in HY revenue to A$526.5 mln, due
to an uptick in deliveries 
    ** Shares see best day since Oct 26, if current gains hold 
    ** Stock had risen 13.7% this year, as of last close
($1 = 1.4358 Australian dollars)
