SHAFTESBURY CAPITAL PLC (the "Company")

 

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR ROLE CHANGES

 

Shaftesbury Capital PLC announces that Richard Akers will step down as Senior
Independent Director with effect from 31 December 2025, and as Chair of the
Remuneration Committee at the conclusion of the 2026 AGM. Sian Westerman will
become Senior Independent Director with effect from 31 December 2025, and
Madeleine Cosgrave will become Chair of the Remuneration Committee following
the 2026 AGM. Richard will continue as a Non-executive Director and member of
the Audit, Remuneration and Nomination Committees.
