 * Says company and zhongmin supply chain entered into the procurement framework 
   agreement 
 * To procure raw food ingredients and other non-food items used for restaurant 
   operation from zhongmin supply chain 
 * Total procurement amounts payable by co to zhongmin supply chain for 
   2017-2019 shall not exceed RMB 1.55 billion
