** Sharing Economy International shares  SEII.O  leap 23 pct
to $4.37, second among top pct gainers across U.S. exchanges  
    ** Textile dyeing and finishing machine maker says its unit
entered license deal with Hong Kong-based Ecrent Capital

    ** Ecrent grants licenses to certain software to SEII to
develop and commercialize an online website platform in North
Korea, in return, SEII shall pay Ecrent a max amount of $1 mln

    ** SEII shares have shed 41.6 pct of their value YTD
