** Dyeing and finishing machine maker's shares  SEII.O  up
27 pct at $4.68, top pct gainer across U.S. exchanges before the
bell  
    ** Says its unit signs license deal with Ecrent Capital
Holdings 
    ** Under the deal, SEII to use Ecrent's certain software and
trademarks to expand and commercialize its online website
platform in countries such as Taiwan, Thailand, India,

    ** In return, SEII to issue 530,000 shares to Ecrent and
Ecrent will contribute revenue of $15 mln until December 31,
2019 
    ** As off Monday's close, SEII shares halved in value this
