 * Says clarification of the edge markets article 
 * Wishes to clarify that John Soh is not an adviser to the company in any 
capacity 
 * Says john soh is not employed by the company and is not receiving any 
remuneration of any kind 
 * Understands that John Soh is the adviser to the chairman of the company 
 * Refers to dated 27 January in the edge markets entitled "LionGold adviser 
 John Soh to appear in court, seeks leave to return to Malaysia" 
 * Says no further details of its investigations have been provided to the 
company by the CAD
