 * Strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding for the proposed project 
participation of target media project; and proposed subscriptions of new 
shares under specific mandate  1831.HK  
 * Says company entered into the mou with hehe film 
 * Says company entered into the subscription agreements with the subscribers 
 * Subscribers have conditionally agreed to subscribe for, 200 million new 
shares at subscription price of hk$0.80 per subscription share 
 * Says maximum gross proceeds from the subscriptions are expected to be 
approximately hk$160 million
