 * Discloseable transaction in relation to the proposed project participation of 
   target media project  1831.HK  
 * Says consideration for the target income right is RMB110 million 
 * Company, further to the mou dated 22 December 2015, entered into the movie 
   investment agreement with hehe film 
 * Pursuant to deal the company has conditionally agreed to acquire the target 
   income right from hehe film
