7. Cause of occurrence: The conversion prices of the second and third issue of
domestic unsecured convertible corporate bonds shall be adjusted in accordance
with the rules governing the issuance of the bonds.
8. Countermeasures: Due to the distribution of cash and stock dividend, the
conversion prices of the second and third issue of domestic unsecured
convertible corporate bonds shall be adjusted in accordance with the rules
governing the issuance of the bonds. With effect from 2015/08/24, the new
conversion price for the second issue of domestic unsecured convertible
corporate bond will be adjusted from NT$9.58 to NT$9.10 per share, and the new
conversion price for the third issue of domestic unsecured convertible
corporate bond will be adjusted from NT$9.90 to NT$9.41 per share.
