U.S. stocks rose on Tuesday with technology and financial shares leading gains,
as investors expected a more accommodative policy stance at the end of the
Federal Reserve's two-day meeting this week.  .N

at 26,045.08. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.40 percent at 2,844.33 and the Nasdaq
