Jan 12 (Reuters) - SHS Holdings Ltd  SEEH.SI : 
 * Says was reported that the 29% stake in terratech group was being sold to chew hoe soon 
 * Noted a report in the edge Singapore entitled "tritech sells 29% stake in 
terratech for $1.25 mil; plans to divest remaining 33.9% stake" 
 * Reported that "the SHS deal would allow the (tritech) group to unlock value 
in its marble resource business" 
 * Says "investment was being done in the personal capacity of mr chew and does 
not in any way involve the group"
