Oct 19 (Reuters) - SHS Holdings Ltd  SEEH.SI  
    * Subsidiary of company entered into power purchase 
agreement 
    * with Bangladesh Power Development Board 
    * Further to LOI, unit , has entered into implementation 
agreement with government of people's republic of bangladesh 
    * There are no net profits attributable to or consideration 
received by hdfc for its entry into ppa or implementation 
agreement 
    * Project cost of solar power plant is anticipated to be 
approximately US$70 million to US$80 million 
    * "company is of view that solar project is anticipated to 
be profitable"
