The Company announces that it was notified on 19 May 2026 that Non-Executive Director, Mr Alan Lovell, had on 18 May 2026 purchased 120,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Prior to this transaction, Mr Lovell had a beneficial interest in SIG of 500,000 ordinary shares and, following this transaction, Mr Lovell's beneficial interest is now 620,000 ordinary shares in SIG.
