The Company announces that it has been notified that Chief Financial Officer, Simon Kesterton, has purchased 317,201 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company during the period from 18 May to 20 May 2026. Prior to these transactions, Simon had a beneficial interest in SIG of 954,203 ordinary shares and, following these transactions, Simon's beneficial interest is now 1,271,404 ordinary shares in SIG.
