The Company announces that it has been notified that Chief Financial Officer, Simon Kesterton, purchased 863,982 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company on 22 May 2026. Prior to these transactions, Simon had a beneficial interest in SIG of 1,271,404 ordinary shares and, following these transactions, Simon's beneficial interest is now 2,135,386 ordinary shares in SIG.
