SilverBow seeks more information from Kimmeridge over South Texas gas assets
April 10 (Reuters) - U.S. oil and gas producer SilverBow
Resources SBOW.N said in a filing on Wednesday it has
requested additional information on Kimmeridge Energy
Management's assets amid ongoing takeover talks.
SilverBow rejected majority shareholder Kimmeridge's offer
last month, which aimed at combining SilverBow with Kimmeridge's
gas-producing assets in South Texas.
