 * On December 5, 2014, Infosonics Corporation entered into first amendment to 
   loan and security agreement with Silicon Valley bank - SEC filing 
 * Amendment to increase the availability of borrowings under the credit 
   facility from $2 million to $4 million 
 * Amendment to temporarily reduce adjusted quick ratio covenant from 1.75 to 
   1.00 to 1.25 to 1.00 for five months ending March 31, 2015
