HK's Sinosoft Tech at 2-week high as unit enjoys preferential tax rate

** Shares of Sinosoft Technology Group Ltd  1297.HK  rise as
much as 4.7 pct to HK$2.47, the highest since Sept. 6, after the
software developer says its unit continues to enjoy a
preferential enterprise income tax rate of 10 pct 
    ** Stock later trims gain to HK$2.45, still up 3.8 pct, and
heading for its best day since Aug. 21
    ** Co says Ministry of Industry and Information Technology
has again included its unit Nanjing Skytech as a key software
enterprise under the National Plan and continues to enjoy the
preferential tax rate (https://bit.ly/2MTlYBr)
 
    ** Co says Nanjing Skytech has been enjoying the
preferential tax rate since 2010
    ** As of last close, the stock had risen 7.3 percent so far
this year 
    ** The Hong Kong benchmark index  .HSI  rises 0.6 pct
