Australia's Site Group International soars on $1.2 mln training deal

** Shares of Site Group International  SIT.AX  rise as much
as 40% to A$0.004, set for best day since April 27, if gains
hold        
    ** Stock hits highest level since Sept. 11
    ** Training services provider signs contract with OceanaGold
for recommencement of Underground Mining Training programme for
the Didipio mine in the Philippines
    ** Initial purchase order under contract of A$1.8 mln ($1.17
mln) for approximately 100 candidates
    ** About 10.8 mln shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of 3.6 mln 
    ** SIT down 28.6% YTD, as of last close
