** Shares of Siv Capital Ltd  SIV.AX  rise as much as
11.1%to A$0.7, marking their biggest intraday percentage gain
since Sept 23
    ** The commercial equipment rental company says sale of its
hospitality business for A$18.25 mln ($12.38 mln) has been

    ** Co expects to announce an interim distribution from
proceeds of the sale in calendar 2020
    ** Stock at its highest since Oct 29
    ** Over 110,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of ~27,000
    ** Stock down 74% this year, as of last close
