Timing of FY results announcement

4 December 2024 - SkinBioTherapeutics plc (AIM: SBTX), a life science company
focused on skin health, confirms that, due to the logistics of the auditors
sign-off, there will be a short delay in the publication of the FY results.
The Directors anticipate that the signing-off of the accounts and in turn, the
issue of the FY Results announcement, will happen later today.
