4 December 2024 - SkinBioTherapeutics plc, (AIM: SBTX, or the "Company"), a
life science company focused on skin health, confirms that the Notice of
Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), form of proxy and Annual Report and Accounts
for the year ended 30 June 2024 have been posted to shareholders.

 

An electronic copy of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Notice of AGM
will also be available on the Company's website
