Asset Realisations

 

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that within the Ordinary Share
Class portfolio, the Borrower 5* position has received $1,800,000 in
settlement of a Parental Company Guarantee on the original lending position to
a solar manufacturing plant in the USA.  The settlement was agreed in October
2022, with a combination of cash and shares being received in October 2022 and
a deferred element of either cash or shares due in November 2023.  The Parent
Company chose to pay cash of $1,800,000.  The position had a carrying value
of £334,000 as at 30 June 2023.
