Asset Realisations

 

The Board of the Company is pleased to announce that within the C Share Class
portfolio, Borrower 53* has successfully repaid their facility. The position
repaid in full £1.64 million. It had a carrying value of £2.03 million as at
31 December 2022, but the Borrower had since advanced £0.49 million in
Interest and Principal repayments post the December 2022 valuation.
