Results of AGM

 

SLF Realisation Fund Limited (the "Company") is pleased to announce that at
the Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") held at 10:00 GMT today, the Ordinary
Class Meeting held at 10:05 GMT today and the C Class Meeting at 10:10 GMT
today, all of the resolutions proposed were duly passed.

 

The Board notes the votes against the C share repurchase resolution put
forward at the C shareholders' class meeting today, representing 21.91% of the
issued C share capital. The Board has no current intention to undertake the
repurchase of C shares (or ordinary shares), however, it seeks the authority
to repurchases up to 14.99% of the issued C share capital on an annual basis,
in line with market practice, to provide flexibility should the Board believe
that share repurchases are in the best interest of shareholders in the future.
The Board will seek to engage with shareholders that voted against the C share
repurchase resolution and will provide a further update in due course.
