The Company announces that it has today posted to shareholders the Notice
convening the Company's AGM.

 

The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office, 1st Floor, Royal
Chambers, St Julian's Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 3JX on Thursday 28
November 2024 at 11:00 GMT.

 

The Notice of AGM will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and
will shortly be available for inspection
