Change of Accounting Reference Date

 

 

Smithson Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announces that the Board of
Directors has resolved to change the Company's accounting reference date from
31 December 2025 to 30 June 2026 with immediate effect.

 

Accordingly, the Company's reporting timetable has been amended as follows:

 

The Company's next annual report and audited financial statements for the 18
month period ending on 30 June 2026 is expected to be published on or before
31 October 2026 in accordance with the Disclosure and Guidance Transparency
Rules.

 

The Company will publish an interim report and unaudited financial statements
for the six-month period ending 31 December 2025 on or before 31 March 2026 in
accordance with the Disclosure and Guidance Transparency Rules.

 

Thereafter, annual and interim reports would be published each year for the 12
months to 30 June and the six months to 31 December, respectively.
