Further to its announcement of 6 March 2025 regarding the publication of the
Company's Annual Report for the year ended 31 December 2024, the Company today
announces that it has published a Notice of the Annual General Meeting of the
Company (the "Notice") to be held at the Max Rayne Auditorium, The Royal
Society of Medicine, 1 Wimpole Street, Westminster, London W1G 0AE on
Wednesday 23 April 2025 at 1:00pm (the "AGM").
