 Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 8 April 2025, it purchased for
 holding in treasury 202,773 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,335.94
 pence per share.
 Following this transaction, the Company has 54,323,258 ordinary shares held in
 treasury and 122,784,700 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of
 ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
