 Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 30 May 2025; it purchased for
 holding in treasury 146,349 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 1,466.77
 pence per share.
 Following this transaction, the Company has 58,162,863 ordinary shares held in
 treasury and 118,945,095 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of
 ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
