 Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 28 August 2025, it purchased
 for holding in treasury 81,814 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of
 1,497.45 pence per share.
 Following this transaction, the Company has 65,606,213 ordinary shares held in
 treasury and 111,501,745 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of
 ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
