 Smithson Investment Trust plc announces that on 4 November 2025, it purchased
 for holding in treasury 75,387 ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of
 1,538.0500 pence per share.
 Following this transaction, the Company has 69,177,609 ordinary shares held in
 treasury and 107,930,349 ordinary shares in circulation. The total number of
 ordinary shares in issue is 177,107,958.
