ended December 31, 2022, acting, among others, as Issuer of (i) USD
1,500,000,000 6.129% Notes due 2038 and (ii) USD 1,500,000,000 6.510% Notes
due 2042, under its U.S.$ 11,500,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme.

 

The audited Annual Financial Statements are published as an annex to this
notice.
