ended 31 March 2025 (the Q1 2025 Financial statements (unaudited) of
GreenSaif Pipelines Bidco S.à r.l., acting, among others, as issuer of (i)
USD 1,500,000,000 6.129% Notes due 2038 (ii) USD 1,500,000,000 6.510% Notes
due 2042 (iii) USD 1,400,000,000 5.8528% Notes due 2036 (iv) USD 1,600,000,000
6.1027% Notes due 2042, under its U.S $ 11,500,000,000 Global Medium Note
Programme.

The Q1 2025 financial statements (unaudited) are published as an annex to this
notice.
